My background, rooted in a fusion of Information Systems and Marketing during my undergraduate degree, has fueled my journey in shaping user-centric digital products. From my role as a UI/UX Consultant at NCS, where I delved into designing impactful interfaces for diverse industries, to co-founding a startup in Hong Kong that champions sustainability, each experience has added a unique hue to my palette of skills.
My passion for human-centered design extends beyond pixels. It's about connecting with people, hearing their stories, and leveraging technology for positive societal change. My current academic pursuit at City's MSc. HCID program stems from a deep desire to delve into interactive and inclusive design, and pioneering methodologies that uplift and empower diverse communities.
